Mikayla & Travis
STANWOOD, WA - I had the pleasure of working with James Dennis Photographic at Mikayla and Travis’ wedding at the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair Grounds. For this event, we split up and each followed half of the wedding party. I worked with the groom and groomsmen, and found a space to stage their classic pickup for a few photos with the ring bearers. A challenging part of the the reception turned out to be the warm wood grain interior of the exhibit hall. Matched with the varying tints of fluorescent lighting caused white balance to vary from zone to zone within the space. It took a little extra work to adjust for each scene, but we were ultimately able to deliver a great set of images to Mikayla and Travis.
