SFF PC Builds
Baton Rouge, LA - The last year and a half has seen a large increase in gaming, and especially PC gaming. Suddenly the world was more dependent on the internet than ever, and had no choice but to work and play from home. Personally, I started a graduate program in LSU’s Digital Media Arts and Engineering department. DMAE mixes game design, UX, virtual production, and more in a hybrid program. To work on my degree remotely, I needed to update my home PC to keep up with my game engine and video editing needs.
I did a few builds and upgrades for myself and friends in 2020 and 2021. While PC building in general is nothing new to me, I had never built in small form-factor cases. From the smallest air-cooled 12-core monster, to a custom water-cooled loop that fits in a shoe box, here are a few of my most recent projects.
