Oregon Trail Rally 2019
PORTLAND/DUFUR, OR - My friends and I headed down to Oregon once again for three days of dust. As in the past, we spent the Friday driving down to Portland. This year we made a stop at Nisqually, WA to check out the National Wildlife Refuge.
The Super Special in Portland is always fun for checking out the cars and teams before they head to the desert, but the real fun happens in the middle of the state near Dufur, Oregon. The spectator spots here are some of my favorite in the Northwest rallies that ARA organizes. Hearing a faint buzz, and then being able to see the cloud of dust approach from a mile away never gets old for me.
