Fred's 12C Spider

Snoqualmie, WA - Last year, I started participating in a group named Cars & Photography on Facebook. I've been assisting as a moderator and admin for a few months now, and am excited to see how it's grown in a very short amount of time. The purpose of this group is to help connect drivers and photographers in the Seattle area and beyond. My main focus as a moderator, has been to promote a positive learning environment by encouraging honest but constructive critique. I also enjoy bringing general photography articles and topics into this very specialized group. One of the other exciting activities I get to participate in, are photo meetups.
A few weeks ago, we arranged with a member who works at the Dirtfish Rally School, to use a small corner of their beautiful Cascade Mountain facility for an afternoon meet and shoot. One of the cars volunteered for the event, was Fred's McLaren MP4-12C Spider. We set him up near the helipad (yes, the school has a permanent helipad), and took advantage of the beautiful backdrop of summer foliage.
Fred was also kind enough to spend a couple hours after the meet, cruising mountain roads for a few rolling shots. His "sacrifice" is greatly appreciated!
